Right-wing actress Roseanne Barr suggested that voting machines and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) led to recent protests against ICE in California.
During an interview on Monday, MAGA host Steve Bannon asked Barr to explain the weekend's demonstrations near Los Angeles.
"Well, they don't need anybody's vote to elect or select people there, and I think that's exactly what happened," Barr said of Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) and L.A. Mayor Karen Bass (D). "And, you know, they've got the voting thing down there. And, you know, the machines... Everything's owned by the CCP, and they are, you know, part of it and have been for a long time."
"I knew they would do it because arrogance is the same thing as ignorance," she continued. "When you have no self-reflection and no way to see your part in anything, it's always pointing the finger, it's always this, you know, agenda they're working that has to do with the destruction of our constitutional republic. That is big because the thing is with them, with the left and all fascists, they really, really want vertical rule. And America, like all republics, is based on horizontal rule."
Barr said she was "thrilled" to find out President Donald Trump had deployed the National Guard.
"I was so happy. Oh my God, I was hooting and hollering," she recalled.
"The president's a big fan of yours," Bannon noted. "What would be your recommendation? They're going to go into federal court and sue him right now."
"Triple down," Barr advised. "I say that they are the enemies of the people. They're the enemies of the republic. They're the enemies of everybody who doesn't want to be overrun by criminals and pedophiles coming for their children."
"Triple down, Mr. President," she added. "We're counting on you to keep our children safe from these ghouls and these horrible people. I don't even know if they're people."
