San Francisco's Civic Center and UN Plaza evacuated due to possible gunman

San Francisco police have evacuated the Civic Center and the U.N. Plaza as police attempt to talk to a man they say may be armed.

According to KGO, police have cleared the area on reports that a man in a green jacket was pointing what appeared to be a weapon.

According to ABC7, a SWAT team has been dispatched to the area and residents are being advised to stay away.
