Busted: Scott Walker deletes post calling MN shooter 'ultra-liberal activist'

Former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) was caught deleting a post claiming that Vance Boelter, the man accused of political assassinations in Minnesota, was an "ultra-liberal activist."

In a post to X over the weekend, Walker called the shooting "horrific."

"If 'what appears to be a politically motivated assassination' ends up being done by an ultra-liberal activist upset by the lawmakers' votes to end taxpayer funded healthcare for illegal aliens, watch for many on the left to be silent or even justify it," he wrote. "Wrong!"

On Monday, former Rep. Adam Kinzinger pointed out that the post had disappeared.

"Hey there Scott Walker," Kinzinger wrote on Blue SKy. "I noticed you deleted this after learning that in fact the shooter was from the right. I don't think it matters either way, violence is violence, so I'm waiting for you to tweet the same thing with corrected facts?"

"Cuz you're uh, to use your words, 'being silent,'" he added.

Longtime friend David Carlson told CNN that Boelter voted for President Donald Trump.
