On Wednesday, comedian Seth Meyers mocked President Donald Trump after he set a new precedented by declaring a national emergency in order to get funding for a wall at the US-Mexico border.
Meyers explained that since Trump declared a national emergency to cut around Congress to fulfill a campaign promise -- that a Democratic president in the future could declare a national emergency for their party's interest, such as climate change.
"There is a big difference between the border wall and climate change," Meyers said. "Climate change is an actual emergency and you can't build a wall around it unless you build one around the entire planet."
He then mocked Trump's slogan that "Mexico will pay for the wall."
"We're going to build a space wall and Mars is going to pay for it," he said imitating Trump.
