Seth Meyers mocks Trump’s reaction to California fire: ‘I can’t believe he found a way to victim-blame forest fires’

Late Night host Seth Meyers was surprised that President Donald Trump reached a new low after he read the president's reaction to the Carr fire.

The fire burning through California is one of the largest in the state's history according to CNN.

President Trump tweeted: "California wildfires are being magnified & made so much worse by the bad environmental laws which aren’t allowing massive amounts of readily available water to be properly utilized. It is being diverted into the Pacific Ocean. Must also tree clear to stop fire from spreading!" [sic]

Meyers first called out the president for his poor grammar errors that are in his tweet.

"Things are so bad in the White House, even the propositions are leaving," Meyers joked.

He then said he was shocked that the president was victim blaming.

"I can't believe he found a way to victim-blame forest fires," he said.
