Steve Bannon compares US left-wing to Hamas: 'We have Gaza here in this country'

Right-wing podcast host Steve Bannon warned his predominantly white audience that people angry that America colonized "indigenous peoples' land" could be "coming" for them in a conflict similar to that seen in Israel.

On his Tuesday afternoon War Room podcast, Bannon likened Gaza to the United States.

"We have Gaza here in this country," he argued. "We're going to get hit — the infiltration into our institutions... Have you seen these Ivy League schools? You see what's happening in the streets? With these young people?"

Bannon claimed the American left sees both Israelis and white Americans as "colonizers."

"They think Israel brought it on themselves," he said. "They're colonizers. Wait till they start extrapolating that out to [the] United States of America. Oh, yeah, you guys are just colonizers. This is all indigenous peoples' land, and you took it."

"It's coming, baby. Watch for it," Bannon cautioned.
