Wisconsin's Republican governor, Scott Walker, was defeated in his re-election bid during the midterms.
But that has not stopped Walker from bragging that he "received more votes for Governor than any other Republican" and that he "won three elections for Governor in a blue state that only voted Republican for President once in the past 34 years."
On Friday, MSNBC's Chuck Todd spent about a minute shredding Walker over his attempts to "snatch victory from the jaws of defeat."
"I'm obsessed with math," Todd said. "Especially of the fuzzy variety."
Todd then mocked Walker for claiming that he didn't see it as a "rejection" but merely "a bigger election than we've seen in the past."
"You lost," Todd said. "There was no victory. That's not how this works, Scott Walker. The losing Super Bowl team that scored more points than any other losing Super Bowl team in history still lost.... there's nothing wrong with being a successful loser, but it still means you lost."
