Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) faced backlash after he took to social media to air his grievances about the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade in New York City.
"Would it kill y'all @Macys to have some Country Music as part of the Parade?" Burchett whined in a Thursday morning post on X.
"Is there anything you stupid rednecks don't complain about?" one commenter wondered.
"How about you just make your own Thanksgiving parade in Tennessee and play whatever the hell you want?" another person asked.
"Petty little queen you are," one user noted.
"Its NYC you dildo," Daniel Werter pointed out.
"Then have your own parade full of white people playing terrible music. And I thought you guys all hated NYC now anyway, so why would you be watching it?" one comment asked.
"Imagine being such a dadgum sad sack that you run to Shitter to complain about a holiday parade," a user remarked, which seemed to get under Burchett's skin.
"It's another reason I hate Tim Burchett," the lawmaker responded.
