Mitch Landrieu, Biden Campaign National Co-Chair, appeared on CNN to torch former President Donald Trump's victory speech shortly after he addressed supporters at Mar-a-Lago.
Even though Trump won resounding victories on Super Tuesday, Landrieu said the former president appeared oddly subdued.
"I thought first of all, he was very low energy tonight and secondly, I think... but most, if not all of what he said was factually incorrect and is provably incorrect," he told anchor Jake Tapper. "And to the point where you would think that if his lips are moving he's lying or he's delusional. One of the two."
Landrieu went on to correct the record on Trump's presidency: That it shouldn't be sugarcoated and for him it wasn't all "moonbeams and fairytales as though the world was perfect and now it's terrible and he's gonna be our savior."

He then listed off a series of economic statistics showing a favorable comparison between Biden and Trump, and noted that during Trump's time in office "he lost 2.5 million jobs" and for Biden, "he gained 15 million jobs."
He talked up the unemployment rate, the stock market hitting record highs, and he also stated by his count, 17 former Trump cabinet members who "resigned" and "begged America not to put this guy within 100 yards of the presidency."
