CBS News reports that the classified documents case has been dropped against Donald Trump's co-defendants, Walt Nauta and former Mar-a-Lago property manager Carlos de Oliveira.
The Justice Department had requested that the court drop the case and it was granted on Tuesday morning.
"This appeal is dismissed," the court said.

The Justice Department, under former President Joe Biden, indicted Trump along with his aides after the FBI found he took classified documents from the White House and refused to return them.
Special counsel Jack Smith brought the indictment against Trump, but upon his resignation he requested that the case be dismissed without prejudice — meaning it could be brought again in the future.
Nauta and de Oliveira were accused "of working with Mr. Trump to conceal information from the Justice Department," CBS recalled.
