A legal expert who has prosecuted sex trafficking cases herself gave everyday citizens a clue this weekend about how they can search the recently released files on deceased child sex abuser Jeffrey Epstein.
MS NOW legal analyst Kristy Greenberg appeared on the network Saturday, and was asked about how people at home should be reading the files for themselves.
Greenberg replied, "So the number one thing thatI was looking for, which wasnot in the files, and ifanybody wanted to search thefiles, this is the search. Thefirst search that I'm making isfor the words FBI 302."
She continued, elaborating that a "302 issimply a report prepared by anFBI agent."
"And that is whatthey would do in documentingany of their interviews withwitnesses or with victims. Iprosecuted sex traffickingcases, and I can tell you, youdon't have an investigation ifyou don't have victims comingforward and telling you theirstories," she said. "And so all of thesephotographs, you may see, whichthere are a lot of photographsin this production, there's nocontext for them. And so whatyou'd really want is to be ableto see the 302, see what thevictim said, and then look atany documents that they wereshown in those interviews. Andthen you could place some ofthe documents, the pictures incontext. So again, none of thatwas available in thisproduction from last night, butthat is information we shouldsee going forward."
