Here's when Trump will likely testify at NY fraud trial

A date has been set for former President Donald Trump to testify in the New York civil fraud trial.

The Messenger reports that Trump is scheduled to take the stand on Monday, Nov. 6 when he will face off against prosecutors from New York Attorney General Letitia James' office.

What's more, Trump's three eldest adult children — Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., and Eric Trump — are set to testify on Wednesday, Nov. 8.

Trump has repeatedly lashed out in rage during the trial, and has twice been fined for violating a gag order set by Judge Arthur Engoron.

Despite this, Trump has continued to attack the judge, as well as James, whom he has accused of having a "racist" vendetta against him.

The former president still has to go through separate trials for 91 felony charges leveled over four different jurisdictions for alleged crimes ranging from business fraud related to hush money payments to an adult film star, illegally retaining top-secret government documents, and conspiring to defraud the United States by illegally remaining in power after losing the 2020 presidential election.
