Trump posts new demand to 'Free the J6 hostages now!'

Former President Donald Trump on Monday posted a fresh demand to release the violent criminals who attacked a coequal branch of government on his behalf.

Writing on his Truth Social platform, Trump implied that the pro-Palestinian demonstrators who rallied outside the White House over the weekend were just as bad as the MAGA rioters who broke into the United States Capitol and sent lawmakers of both parties fleeing for their lives.

"So interesting to watch anti-Israel protesters violently demonstrating at the While House, getting close to tearing down the fences that protect the President, and NOTHING is even mentioned about it in the LameStream Media, which is merely a subsidiary of the Democrat Party," Trump wrote. "No arrests, no nothing. Free the J6 Hostages, NOW!!!"

In fact, mainstream news outlets such as the Washington Post have reported on a small group of demonstrators who tried to breach the security fence at the White House but who were quickly thwarted by law enforcement officials.

None of them actually succeeded in breaking into the White House, however.

Additionally, Trump's criticism that the media's coverage of these protests makes them a "subsidiary of the Democrat Party" makes little sense given how many of the pro-Palestine demonstrators angrily attacked President Joe Biden for his support of the Israeli government, going so far as to label him "Genocide Joe" at rallies.
