Trump's own national security council recommends he expel Russian diplomats in response to poison attacks

President Donald Trump has yet to issue sanctions against Russia for the 2016 election meddling, despite the Congressional vote demanding it. Now his own National Security Council is recommending Trump expel Russian diplomats in wake of the poison deaths of Russian ex-pats in the U.K.
The U.K. has already expelled the diplomats, however, Trump's new appointment to serve as the chair of the council, John Bolton, said that he doesn't think Russian President Vladimir Putin cares about diplomats.
