Donald Trump's insults toward judges are part of the "unprecedented attacks" judicial officers are facing in 2025, a jurist said Sunday.
U.S. District Court Judge Esther Salas on Friday sounded the alarm about a particular type of "intimidation tactic" that is being employed against judges as Republicans seek to limit judicial authority and impeach the judges who rule against the President.
Salas said before the weekend that not only are pizzas being delivered to the homes of judges as a threat, but they are also being sent to the homes of their children.

Salas on Sunday appeared on MSNBC, where she was asked about the "significance" of these pizza deliveries. According to Salas, they mean, "I know where you live" and "I know where your children live."
She called them "unprecedented attacks."
"We have to do something," she said. "These are attacks."
They are "attacks," she said, whether it's "members of congress calling for our impeachment," or a certain unnamed President "calling us crazy," they are all compared to these other "acts of intimidation," according to Salas. She described what we are living through as "unprecedented times."
