WATCH: Amazing young Mexican singer becoming an online hit

In just one year of singing in public, a young Mexican girl has garnered attention online for her powerful vocal talent.

This video of Yanet Becerra Hernandez singing -- with her uncle Benjamin's accompaniment on guitar -- has amassed more than 7 million views since being posted on Facebook on Sept. 22. It can be seen below by clicking on the black box.

Hernandez, a fourth-grader, has become known around Guadalajara, Jalisco for performing in public squares and on buses. A separate clip of her singing on a bus has been seen more than 1 million times on YouTube. This past March, she was featured in her first music video for the song "Estúpido."

In recent months, the duo has increased its presence online, establishing a Facebook fan page and a YouTube channel. An interview in Spanish and more footage of her performing live can be seen below.
