Donald Trump speaks at campaign rally in North Dakota

President Donald Trump headed to North Dakota Wednesday to speak to a crowd of supporters.

The speech comes just hours after Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement from the U.S. Supreme Court, so Trump is expected to talk about it, and likely take a shot at Democrats in the process.
