WATCH LIVE: Protests continue in Charlotte over shooting death of Keith Scott

Protesters are taking to the streets of Charlotte as anger continues to boil over following the shooting death of Keith Scott late Tuesday afternoon.

Police investigators state that Scott was shot while holding a weapon and that he refused to drop it when instructed. Family member's contend that he had a book in his hand, with police stating that no book was found at the scene of the shooting.

The shooting of Scott comes just days after unarmed 40-year-old Terence Crutcher was shot by a Tulsa police officer.
