Education Secretary Betsy DeVos will testify to the House Education committee on Tuesday regarding the "policies and priorities" of the U.S. Department of Education.
Democratic lawmakers are expected to grill DeVos over civil rights in schools and mass shootings. The hearing marks the fifth time she has testified before Congress.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 10:00 p.m. (ET). Watch live video below:
