WATCH LIVE: Trump faces off with Cruz and Rubio in Fox News Republican debate

Fox News will host the first Republican presidential debate following Super Tuesday starting at 9 p.m. EST on Thursday night.

Four of the five remaining GOP candidates -- Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Ohio Gov. John Kasich, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, and Donald Trump -- are slated to take part. Former neurosurgeon Ben Carson announced earlier this week that he would not participate.

The event will be moderated by Bret Baier, Chris Wallace, and Megyn Kelly. The Kelly File host has often been targeted for insults from Trump, prompting an on-again, off-again dispute between the network and the mogul.
