WATCH: Nicolle Wallace hilariously ridicules Interior Secretary as ‘the guy in tactical pants’

MSNBC's "Deadline: White House" mocked Donald Trump's expected reality TV show casting after The Washington Postreported Monday on the administration preparing for "massive shake-up" after the midterm elections.

"These are other names in The Post piece," said host Nicolle Wallace. "Wilbur Ross, the commerce secretary; Nick Ayers, works for the vice president; Rod Rosenstein, deputy attorney general; Ryan Zinke, he's uh -- I forget what he does."

"Interior Secretary," a guest reminded.

"I'm thinking of the guy with the tactical pants," Wallace replied, with a laugh.

"He has a real problem, he may withdraw voluntarily," noted Washington Post columnist Eugene Robinson.

"The other thing, is that how does he choose these people?" Robinson asked. "As if he's casting a reality show."

"He's literally, potentially, going to next week ask a former Fox anchor to be the U.N. ambassador," said Los Angeles Times White House reporter Eli Stokols.

"Right, asking to replace Nikki Haley because -- she's pretty?" Wallace asked. "I don't know."

"You have to look the part," Robinson answered.
