WATCH: Rapper detained for arguing with a white couple about Confederate flag hat

Hip Hop artist Tone Loc, whose real name is Anthony Smith, was detained at Midland International Air and Space Port, reported CBS 7 News.

While at baggage claim, Smith confronted a teenage boy about wearing a Confederate hat.

"How are you going to wear that in front of a black man?" Smith said according to a witness at the scene.

The young man's mother interjected the conversation by saying, "You can't talk to him like that. He's a minor."

The video shows the woman following Smith outside of the airport shouting, "you ain't nobody."

"Security agents arrived soon after and handcuffed Tone Loc. A spokesperson for the City of Midland said the rapper was detained, but not arrested,"  according to the report.
