SEATTLE — When local drag performer Aleksa Manila went to check on her drag daughter Atasha Manila soon after Washington Gov. Jay Inslee’s stay-home order took effect, she was surprised to see her protégé emerge from her apartment in full drag makeup and dress.  Atasha did not have any upcoming performances — she was in quarantine!
