The second day of the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia is scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m. (EST).
Delegates are scheduled to formally nominate Hillary Clinton as the country's first woman presidential nominee. Former President Bill Clinton, House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, and former Attorney General Eric Holder will speak Tuesday, as will mothers who lost their children to gun violence.
