U.S. President Donald Trump is reviewing all federal government spending, in the United States and abroad, the White House said on Thursday, responding to reports that he was looking at reducing the U.S. role in the United Nations and other international institutions.
"I'm not ready to make any announcements on funding or action on any of those institutions," White House spokesman Sean Spicer told reporters traveling with Trump to Philadelphia.
