Women who still work for Ailes laughably claim they 'never heard anything close' to sexual harassment

While Fox News' own media critic Howard Kurtz is avoiding the salacious details of a sexual harassment lawsuit being brought by former Fox host Gretchen Carlson against her ex-boss, Roger Ailes, like the plague, CNN boldly went where Kurtz would not go.

On Sunday morning's Reliable Sources, host Brian Stelter invited on journalist Gabriel Sherman who broke the story on Saturday that more women are coming forward saying Ailes has a history of propositioning women  -- including a then 16-year-old -- dating back to the 60's.

After Sherman stated that women he spoke with had corroborating witnesses who were told about Ailes’ sexual advances when they occurred, Stelter countered with comments from current employees of the Fox News honcho who defended their boss and claimed ignorance of anything untoward.

In conversation with Stelter, Fox host Greta Van Susteren stated, "I've been there 15 years. I've never seen it and I've never heard of  it. Never heard anything close to those allegations."

Fox host Jeanine Pirro also came to her employer's defense, claiming that she's "a huge fan of Ailes" and has never "felt any pressure."

Stelter did note that Fox's biggest star, Megyn Kelly, has yet to comment on the allegations and her own experiences with the man who made her a star.

It should be noted that Van Susteren, Pirro and Kelly are all former attorneys.

CNN legal analyst Danny Cevallos chimed in to say that the testimony of current employees may not help the Fox News head if he goes to trial, since Carlson is suing under a New York City law that states that the plaintiff doesn't need to show a history of harassment -- only a single incident.
