AOC's ‘incredibly smart’ grilling of Cohen provided ‘a map’ to get Trump and his family: GOP strategist

Republican strategist Evan Siegfried offered rare praise for Democratic congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, saying her questions at Michael Cohen's hearing had provided "a map: that would lead investigators right to President Donald Trump and his family.

"When you look at the Trump Organization, it is a museum of misdeeds," Siegfried said. "And if you start going and digging and seeing all the deals that Donald Trump did and the financial misconduct, that would be a problem."

"I am a frequent critic of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the boogeyman for the right now, but I think she did an incredibly smart job the other day on Michael Cohen's testimony," he continued. "It's getting to other things: financial transactions. Was there bank fraud, was there insurance fraud?"

Siegfried added that if Trump's children were hauled into Congress as a result, "it's going to be going through a long road where we can draw a map that gets us to them."
