Arizona mass shooter files $25 million suit accusing Gabrielle Giffords of framing Cliven Bundy

Jared Lee Loughner, who is serving seven consecutive life sentences for attacking then-Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ) and killing six people during a 2011 mass shooting, appears to have filed a $25 million lawsuit saying that Giffords was never hurt at all.

According to Tucson News Now, Loughner says in the suit that Giffords, who required emergency surgery after he shot her in the head during the attack, "watches Ronald Reagan movies and pretened [sic] she was hit."

The suit, filed in a federal court in Arizona last week, is riddled with misspellings and ravings by Loughner, who claims "the govt put a chip in my head to control my mind." Loughner is suing both the former lawmaker and the Federal Bureau of Prisons for "emotional and psychological distress," which he attributes to "chemtrails" making him sick and delusional.

"I was handpicked illegally to be a sleeper assassin," he states in the suit.

According to the suit, not only is Giffords part of the "Illuminati," she financed the shooting attack in San Bernardino last December using government funds.

"Gabby Giffords is part of a global plot to take away our civil liberties," Loughner states. "She infiltrated the Cliven Bundy Ranch and set that poor man up."

Tucson News Now said the lawsuit "could be a hoax."
