Armed 71-year-old man arrested outside of congressional office building

An armed 71-year-old man was arrested near the Rayburn House Office Building on Thursday.

According to NBC 4's Scott McFarlane, the man was carrying a gun and 20 rounds of 9-mm ammunition and was arrested "while parked in intersection near Rayburn US House Office Building."
