Attorney Avenatti taunts Michael Cohen and his lawyer after federal judge boots their case back to state court

The attorney for adult film star Stormy Daniels took to Twitter on Friday afternoon to taunt the Trump fixer Michael Cohen after a lawsuit they had moved to federal court was rejected by a judge and sent back to the state court where it was filed.

Writing on Twitter, Michael Avenatti wrote: "The Court just ordered the case we filed against Davidson and Cohen returned to State Ct., finding that Cohen should have never sent it to Federal Ct. More winning by Cohen and his attys. So much winning! #Basta'

The attorney for Daniels is suing Trump and Cohen over a nondisclosure agreement related to her alleged affair in 2006 with the president.

The Davidson mentioned by Avenatti is Stormy Daniels' ex-lawyer Keith Davidson.
