Belarusian model who claimed to have information about Russian collusion released from jail

Anastasia Vashukevich, a model from Belarus, has been released from Russian custody, the Daily Beast reports.

Vashukevich has previously claimed to have recordings proving Russian interference in the US election. She was arrested in Thailand, and then deported to Russia, where she was detained at the airport last week.

The model has been romantically linked in the past to Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska. According to leaked recordings, Deripaska plotted her arrest.
