CNN's Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon: If Kavanaugh is going to claim to be a choir boy he 'better be able to sing’

CNN's Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon chatted between their shows about  Supreme Cort nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Cuomo said that there was a reason that Kavanaugh potentially lied under oath about his drinking.

"There's a good reason for him to have lied about things. People are saying, he should have never lied about this, it's such small stuff," Cuomo said. "If he had said, 'I drunk my butt off on a regular basis. I got drunk, I blacked out.' somebody on that panel [could have said]  you can't deny Ford's allegations because maybe you were drunk that night like she says, and then you wouldn't remember."

"If you set yourself up to be a choir boy, there has to be evidence you are a choir boy," Lemon said.

"Yes, you better know how to sing," Cuomo said.
