Former Secretary of State Colin Powell said Tuesday that he will vote for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, according to NewDay reporter Robert Brodsky. Powell said Clinton's rival, Republican Donald Trump, was not qualified to be president and had insulted huge swaths of people during his campaign.
