Comey won't accuse Trump of obstruction of justice in Congress testimony: report

According to a report by ABC News, sources close to fired FBI Director James Comey say he is not likely to accuse President Donald Trump of obstructing justice during his congressional testimony on Thursday.

Trump had reportedly asked Comey to back off the FBI probe into the president's former national security adviser retired Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn .

The ABC report also claims that Comey plans to "dispute the president’s contention that Comey told him three times he is not under investigation."
