Dem Rep blasts Trump's 'clownish' presser: A 'reality show star who isn't acting presidential'

Democratic Rep. Eric Stalwell (CA) of the House Judiciary Committee slammed President Donald Trump's Friday press conference with the president of Romania as a "clownish performance" from a "reality show star."

Mediaite.com said that CNN's Jim Sciutto was interviewing Swalwell when he delivered the scathing critique.

“It’s a sad time in America. You compare what we saw yesterday -- a sobering, serious testimony from James Comey about his interactions with the president -- and then a clownish performance by a reality show star who isn’t acting presidential, didn’t sound presidential, and didn’t look presidential,” Swalwell said.
