Sen. Doug Jones (D-AL) revealed this week that some of his female staffers had been threatened by supporters of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
Jones told Al.com reporter Howard Koplowitz that the threats began after the senator announced that he was voting against Kavanaugh.
“I’ve had callers telling the young women that answer my phones that they hope they are sexually assaulted," Jones explained.
