Democrats meet 218 votes needed to impeach Trump: report

On Wednesday, Rep. Sharice Davids (D-KS) came out in support of an impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump:

As Politico congressional reporter Kyle Cheney noted, Davids' announcement puts the number of lawmakers who have expressed support for impeachment action of some sort at 218 — a majority of lawmakers, and theoretically enough votes to pass articles of impeachment.
