PHILADELPHIA — State Sen. Doug Mastriano, the Republican nominee for Pennsylvania governor, has submitted documents to the congressional committee investigating the deadly Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol attack and has agreed to be interviewed, his lawyer said Thursday.
