Eric Bolling's co-hosts mock 'bloody hand' stunt and say he went to 'Code Pink store'

On Wednesday's edition of Fox News panel show "The Five," co-host Eric Bolling made a statement against proposed military intervention in Syria by holding up a ketchup-smeared "bloody" right hand. Bolling's co-hosts made quick work of the stunt, calling it "disgusting" and saying he must have bought the ketchup at "the Code Pink store."

Bolling was asserting that President Barack Obama was the person who has brought the U.S. to talk of a "red line" that the regime of Syrian Pres. Bashar al-Assad has crossed.

"I have to do this," he said, holding up his red-smeared palm, causing former Bush administration press secretary Dana Perino to mutter, "Oh, god."

"What is that?" asked co-host Kimberly Guilfoyle. "Is that ketchup?"

"We should be very selective about how and when we shed blood, ours or theirs," Bolling read from a prepared statement. "American patriots shed blood to protect our families, our country, our way of life, but there's no reason to shed blood -- ours or theirs -- for a civil war between two radical Muslim groups who, frankly, hate us."

"That's disgusting," Perino said.

"Where did you get that stuff from?" asked co-host Bob Beckel.

"It's ketchup," Bolling replied, wiping the mess off with a paper napkin.

"Did you get it from John Kerry?" asked Greg Gutfeld.

"It's from the Code Pink store," said Perino.
