During the most recent of several interviews on Monday, former Trump campaign aide Sam Nunberg denied speculation that he'd been drinking despite CNN host Erin Burnett noting she smelled booze on him.
"Talking to you, I have smelled alcohol on your breath," Burnett said, noting their close physical proximity.
"I've not had a drink," Nunberg replied.
"I know it's awkward," the host responded, asking him to state for the record that he was not drunk or on "anything else."
"No," he said. "Besides my meds, my antidepressants."
