A Palm Beach man was arrested at Disney World this week after he allegedly spit on a security guard who asked him to wear a face mask.
The Orlando Sentinel reports that 51-year-old Kelly McKin was walking around Disney World without a mask despite the amusement park's rules that guests should wear masks at all times while on Disney property.
According to McKin's arrest report, a security guard then approached him and asked him to put on a face mask.
He replied that he would put on a mask once he went inside a building, but the guard reminded him it was company policy to wear masks anywhere on Disney property.
It was at this point that he grew angry and spit on the guard, who then went to get back up to remove the man from the premises.
However, by the time she returned with her fellow security guards, McKin had already disappeared.
However, he was eventually tracked down and arrested after being identified through security footage, and he has since been charged with battery on a security guard.
