George Conway blisters Trump for creating even more chaos in the White House: 'We have a clown show not a government'

Conservative attorney George Conway, the husband of President Donald Trump's counselor and former campaign manager Kellyanne Conway, sharply criticized Trump's administration after the White House deputy press secretary Hogan Gidley endorsed the president's idea to ship undocumented migrants directly to "sanctuary cities":

Conway shortly took things a step further, suggesting that Trump doesn't have any understanding of the Constitution or his responsibilities to uphold it:

Sanctuary cities, broadly speaking, are cities which have adopted policies prohibiting local law enforcement from questioning suspects about immigration status, or handing over detainees to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) without a warrant.

Trump has long raged against the existence of sanctuary laws, believing them to frustrate his immigration agenda. He has previously tried to strip sanctuary cities of federal funding, which was blocked by the courts.

Conway, despite his wife's prominent role in the White House, has frequently spoken out against the Trump administration.
