George Conway claps back at 'idiot' Trump Jr. after Bolton dig: 'Just like your father'

A Washington lawyer and co-founder of the "never-Trump" organization, The Lincoln Project, couldn't help but ridicule Donald Trump Jr. on Friday.

"Someone’s gonna have to explain why George Conway was already at John Bolton’s house at the crack of dawn," Trump Jr. said, with a pondering emoji. He shared a Reuters photo of Conway with his phone as he was live-streaming outside the home of John Bolton, who the FBI was raiding.

Conway's stream was on Tim Miller's morning podcast for "The Bulwark." The time-stamp showed Conway was there at approximately 9:57 a.m. EDT. Sunrise in Bethesda was at 6:29 a.m. EDT.

"My God, you're such an idiot, just like your father!" Conway wrote back on X.

Conway spent the morning laughing about the Reuters photo that was taken of him.

He also joked to Trump Jr., "I went through Kash Patel's trash and underneath all the coloring books and enemies lists, I found the search warrant!!"
