'Gut wrenching': Journalists and politicos react to tragic death of Eric Bolling's 19-year-old son

Political labels and orthodoxies were cast aside on Saturday afternoon as journalists and political operatives reacted to the tragic death of former Fox News host Eric Bolling's son at the young age of nineteen.

Earlier Saturday it was reported that the only child of Bolling, Eric Chase, had passed away Friday night. While details of the young man's death are unclear, the loss of a child at such a young age saddened those who heard the news despite 24/7 coverage of Hurricane Irma.

With New York Magazine contributor Yashar Ali breaking the news on Twitter, calling it "heartbreaking," other joined in, including CNN's Don Lemon who called it, "So awful."
