'Are you happy?': Sean Hannity confesses Brett Kavanaugh is the 'NeverTrumper' pick

Sean Hannity might be an informal senior advisor to President Donald Trump, but he didn't exactly seem elated by his friend's choice for the U.S. Supreme Court Monday.

Hannity forced his way through prepared talking points on the conservative credentials of Judge Brett Kavanaugh. But in the end, the "swampy" Washington, D.C. insider, with a long-time relationship to the Bush family was really just another member of "the elite," according to Sen. Rick Santorum.

Hannity seemed to agree.

"Oh, by the way, to all of you NeverTrumpers out there, you tried so hard to prevent the presidency. Are you happy now? Are you happy at all? Are you happy about tax cuts, promises made and promises kept? Are you happy this was not Hillary Clinton tonight appointing a judicial activist or a left-wing activist to the Supreme Court? Are you happy you don’t have too radical justices on the Supreme Court?" he ranted.

According to analyst, however, the evangelical community was gearing up for a fight and this might let them down.
