WATCH: Jimmy Kimmel mocks Trump for passing up kiss from Melania for a handshake

The affectionate and loving First Family the U.S. had for years has been replaced by a handshaking couple and Jimmy Kimmel can't stop laughing.

Monday's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" had the host poking fun at First Lady Melania Trump during a visit she and President Donald Trump took to visit those at Andrews Air Force Base on Friday. As the Daily Beast quotes, the First Lady seemed a little confused.

“Oh, that’s so beautiful and what is this?” she asked one of the children at the base's school. “What that means, A.C.?”

“It’s my name!” the child exclaimed.

“Oh! I... know that. I figured it out,” Melania replied. “I just wanted to hear it from you.”

“She knew it! She figured it out! She just wanted to hear it from the kid in case the kid didn’t know what her name was," Kimmel joked. "Poor Malaria, if her stupid husband hadn’t run for president she’d have been at Bergdorf Goodman buying ankle boots instead of trying to read with children at a table.”

To make matters worse after introducing her husband, Trump shook his wife's hand and told her to go sit down.

Kimmel called it “the most uncomfortable display of affection between any husband and wife this year.”

“That’s, you know, that’s how it goes when you’re in a relationship. My wife and I shake hands before bed every night. He shut her down like a robot from Westworld,” Kimmel said. “You go sit down. She should’ve walked off that stage and kept walking all the way to Slovenia.”

He then conducted the first ever "Handshake Cam" for those couples in his audience.
