Just two days before the crucial California primary, Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton's brother-in-law has been arrested for driving under the influence, TMZ is reporting.
Specifically, TMZ's law enforcement sources say that Roger Clinton Jr. was pulled over by police and arrested for DUI after refusing to take a blood alcohol test. Clinton remains in custody with bail set at $15,000.
Roger Clinton Jr., who is Bill Clinton's half brother, has long been a headache for the Clinton family. In 2001, Bill Clinton stirred up controversy just before leaving office when he granted his half brother a pardon for a 1985 conviction of cocaine possession. That same year, Roger Clinton was arrested for another DUI charge and trouble seems to follow him wherever he goes.
