Hunter Biden pleads not guilty to gun charges after passing drug test

Hunter Biden has pleaded not guilty to federal gun charges and has been released with pre-trial conditions.

Reporting from outside a federal courthouse in Delaware on Tuesday, Fox News correspondent David Spunt said court watchers had been surprised by the conditions of Biden's release.

"What surprised some outside the courthouse is that Hunter Biden can still continue international travel," Spunt said. "He just has to alert the court of possible plans to travel. We thought maybe he would have to revoke his passport."

"We know that he has been drug tested," he added. "He has passed his drug test. He has to seek employment. He must participate in substance abuse counseling."
