Watch: Lifelong Republican says economy be damned — she’s off the Trump bandwagon

A Pennsylvania Republican voter made it clear to CNN's Randi Kaye that she was no longer on President Donald Trump's bandwagon, in a voter panel segment that aired Friday morning.

"You look at what is important, the pocket book issues, the stock market is booming, unemployment is at historic lows, the economy is strong they say," said Kaye. "That still wouldn't change your mind?"

"It's a trend that has been going on before Trump came into office and he has continued it," replied Beth Clark. The economy, she added, was doing well "somewhat in spite of Donald Trump," and dropped the hammer.

"I have voted for a Republican for years, 40 plus years," she said. "And I could not vote for him."

Other voters chimed in.

"You know, if Donald Trump isn't president two years from now, I don't think that the economy is going to fall apart at the seams," said Holly Kaeser-Fogg, with a laugh.

"If the economy happens to be good when he ends his term I'll be really happy about it," agreed Jim Lundberg. "But I'm not going to give Donald Trump all the credit."
