Pro snowboarder Nathan Hale Bozung, known as Boznuts, was arrested by police in Park City, Utah after a nine-hour standoff, KSTU reported Monday.
Police booked Bozung into the Summit County Jail on charges of Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm by a Restricted Person, Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia, Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.
Police allege Bozung was "intoxicated and agitated" around 3 a.m. on Sunday morning.
In a booking statement, reported by the Salt Lake Tribune, police claim Bozung held a kitchen knife against one person's throat, then threatened a neighbor with an AR-15 style rifle.
Police recovered a "LWRC M6-SPR 5.56mm rifle" KSTU noted.
“I’m going to kill you!” the neighbor told police Bozung threatened.
